An authentic traditional Orthodox daily calendar synaxarion for the ecclesiastical year 2027, mounted on a solid handcrafted wooden wall plaque featuring a Byzantine icon of Jesus Christ Pantocrator (Blessing Christ with the Holy Gospel) styled upon an antique scroll parchment canvas.
Available Sizes: Offered in two practical wall-hanging dimensions to suit your sacred space, each fitted with a dedicated tear-off daily calendar block:
-
Medium (10 x 20 cm): Measures approximately 10 cm in width by 20 cm in height (approx. 3.9 x 7.9 inches), fitted with a compact 5 x 7 cm (approx. 2.0 x 2.8 inches) tear-off calendar block.
-
Large (14 x 26 cm): Measures approximately 14 cm in width by 26 cm in height (approx. 5.5 x 10.2 inches), fitted with a full-size 7 x 7 cm (approx. 2.8 x 2.8 inches) tear-off calendar block.
Both sizes come equipped with a sturdy hanging loop on the reverse for effortless wall mounting on home altars, icon corners, and prayer spaces.
Reusable Wood Plaque & Refillable Design: Because the plaque is crafted from durable solid wood, it is designed to last for years to come. At the end of the year, you can easily remove the expired calendar block and replace it with the new upcoming year's refill block (available in both 5x7 cm and 7x7 cm formats), which is sold separately in our store. This allows you to keep this cherished sacred icon hanging permanently on your wall year after year.
Please Note Regarding Calendar Cover: The decorative front cover of the calendar block may vary in religious illustration depending on current edition printings. This visual variance does not affect the interior content whatsoever, as all 365 daily pages, liturgical readings, and spiritual texts remain completely identical.
The Sacred Icon Plaque: Crafted from natural wood with rich dark-stained beveled borders, framing an aged parchment-effect canvas depicting Jesus Christ Pantocrator holding the decorated Gospel book and bestowing His divine blessing. This timeless Byzantine devotional art brings spiritual serenity, grace, and reverence to any prayer corner.
Daily Tear-Off Synaxarion Content (365 Days): The attached lower calendar block functions as a complete daily Orthodox synaxaristis in Greek script, featuring 365 individual tear-off sheets covering every single day of 2027:
- Daily commemorating Saints, Martyrs, and Church Feasts with corresponding namedays.
- Strict Orthodox fasting rules and dietary guidelines for every day of the liturgical year.
- Designated Divine Liturgy Gospel and Epistle Scripture readings, Resurrectional tones, and Eothina Gospels.
- Enriching spiritual reflections, lives of Saints, and edifying teachings from Church Fathers printed on the reverse side of each daily page.
Handmade in Greece, this daily synaxarion serves as an essential devotional guide for personal daily prayer throughout 2027 and makes a deeply meaningful gift for Christmas, the New Year, name days, and housewarmings.
