Hanging Vigil Lamp Brass Byzantine Cross Cover Red Heat Resistant Glass

An authentic traditional hanging vigil oil lamp (kandili) cast from 100% solid polished brass, featuring an ornate domed openwork lid with cross finial and an authentic heat-resistant ruby red glass cup.

The ornate pierced brass lid is topped with a Byzantine cross and detailed with embossed devotional medallions of the Virgin Mary, allowing the warm amber-red glow of the flame to radiate through the sacred openwork patterns.

Accented with detailed Byzantine double-headed eagle decorative side brackets, an ornamental hanging eagle pendant below the base, and sturdy triple brass hanging chains connected to a hanging ring for secure wall bracket or ceiling mounting.

Includes a specialized thermal-shock resistant red glass cup featuring permanent baked color that will never peel, fade, or blister under prolonged heat and flame exposure.

Measures approximately 20 cm (approx. 7.9 inches) in net lamp body height (excluding top chain and bottom pendant attachments), perfectly proportioned for home icon corners, chapels, and church sanctuaries.

Complimentary Gift Included: Each vigil lamp comes complete with a complimentary set of 250 pure 100% natural beeswax wicks and 3 cork wick floats, providing everything you need for immediate and continuous devotional use.
