This exquisite handmade wooden icon with Saint Matthew The Apostle is a true masterpiece. The icon is crafted with incredible attention to detail and is sure to become a treasured possession for anyone who sees it. Made in Greece, this Orthodox icon is a testament to the country's rich religious heritage. The icon is perfect for collectors of Christian memorabilia or those who appreciate the beauty and intricacy of handmade items. With its stunning gold silk canva design and amazing detail, this icon is a must-have for anyone who wants to add a touch of spirituality to their home decor.

The icon is crafted on a silk canvas, allowing for high detail and vivid colors. The front is coated with a special varnish that preserves the image for many years without fading, even when exposed to sunlight. The back of the wooden panel is painted with a special coating that protects it from moisture and prevents damage over time.

On the back of the icon, you will also find a certificate of authenticity, verifying its origin and quality.

At the top, you’ll find a built-in hook for wall hanging, while at the bottom there is a slot that allows you to place the icon upright on a table — the stand is included inside the box.

The icon comes in a luxurious red gift box with a transparent window, making it perfect for gifting to a loved one.

Lovely piece of art. My husband loves it. Possibly a little neat for fitting over his hand, but that is the only comment.
