Solid Brass Candlestick Dual Cross Orthodox Altar Candle Holder 13cm 5.11in 8mm

An authentic handcrafted solid brass candle holder with dual cross motif, cast in solid brass with a warm, polished golden luster. Thoughtfully proportioned for any home altar, table, or icon shelf (eikonostasi), this traditional liturgical piece measures 13 cm (5.11 inches) in height, featuring an openwork geometric column adorned with two cut-out crosses.

🕯️ Designed for Traditional Church Candles (Sizes № 1, 2, and 3):
The candle cup features an internal diameter of 0.8 cm (8 mm / 0.31 inches), specifically engineered to accommodate standard church taper candles, specifically Sizes № 1, № 2, and № 3 ranging from 0.7 cm to 1 cm (0.28 to 0.39 inches).
*Useful Note: Since traditional church candles (such as pure beeswax tapers) are naturally soft and pliable, if your taper is slightly larger than the opening, you can easily press and mold the base of the candle slightly to ensure a snug and secure fit.

🕊️ Sacred Tradition & Liturgical Design:
In the Orthodox Christian tradition, lighting a candle before holy icons is an ancient act of prayer and silent devotion:

• Dual Cross Framework: The vertical body features two distinct cut-out crosses set within a fluted brass column, reflecting sacred ecclesiastical art.
• An Offering of Light: Placing a burning taper directly before sacred icons represents Christ as the Light of the World and the sincere devotion of the household.
• Circular Weighted Base: The flared round base is adorned with carved relief motifs, offering stability and balance on flat surfaces.

✨ Solid Brass Metalwork:

• Solid Brass Construction: Cast from heavy, durable brass with an authentic golden sheen, built for regular liturgical and home use.
• Integrated Drip Saucer: Built with an upper saucer beneath the socket cup to catch dripping wax cleanly.
• Devotional & Home Decor: Suitable for daily prayer, chapel altars, festive Christmas table displays, or as a meaningful Christian gift.
